| Having dangerous felons sitting around in crowded penitentiaries lifting weights, doing drugs, forming gangs, and planning ways to cause further havoc isn't helping the nation. We can put them to work in public works projects which till now have been unavailable due to lack of funding and human resources. They will learn a trade, and we will get the benefit. |
