| The state of emergency will be declared when this bill pass. With the state of emergency the gobernment reserves the right to bust anyone considered terrorist, this people will be judged, if they are guilty, the laws of death penalty will be applied, if they are not terrorist, they will be put in liberty. The state will consider someone a terrorist in this cases: -Destroying public properties. -Killing people. -Carrying weapons without permisson of the gobernment. The police will bust the terrorist if discover, if the terrorists move to another country, the police won't be able to prosecute them, but, when this terrorists, return to Likatonia, they will be busted. |
