Remember that this is federal taxation - if local governments want to tax to pay for their own social programmes they can - that is not our business. As you can see our current surplus is 41,592,266,828 TRA and i'm cutting spending by about 43,000,000,000 TRA. These drastic reductions will increase our revenues from sales tax enough to negate this apparent deficit. |
