Description[?]:
The situation in Hutori threatens to overflow into Telamon. We cannot at this time handle a mass influx of jobless people. The HRP suggests the following things be done: 1. Establish a limit on the number of Hutorians allowed to immigrate into Telamon. 2. In response to reports of illegal immigrants crossing the border under guise of tourists or clergymen, we beleive that those wishing to come here for either reason should register with our ministry of foreign affairs. Once the Hutori Civil War is over, these acts can of course be revoked. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
