| We have been approached by the citizen group People for the Care of the Underprivileged. They have brought to light many of the sufferings of peoples in neighboring countries, and have implored us to put this legislation to the floor, which we happily agreed to do. It is our duty, as fellow humans beings, to help relieve the suffering of those less fortunate than we are. Thus, we propose boosting our aid-giving efforts. |
