| Resolved, that the Constitution of the Selucian Empire be amended; Whereas, the Imperial Provinces of East Shadar and West Shadar have a common history and long standing ties and share a common culture and interests. BE IT RESOLVED that the Imperial Provinces of East Shadar and West Shadar be consolidated into a single Imperial Province of Shadar. This act, as a proposed Constitutional Amendment, shall require a majority of two-thirds of votes in order to earn ratification. |
