Ah...the nostalgia. 60 years ago the UHT proposed and passed the 1st Human Rights Act (http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=172044). Now, here we are again.

This bill asks for the ratification of the 2nd Indralan Bill of Rights - http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1036&ratify. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law.

If this bill is passed, the original bill will be subsequently placed up for repeal.
