This bill aims to give local governments the authority to impose curfews on their administrative territories. We understand that the societal situations in provinces differ from one another. Some may be 95% free from violence, while others are well-known violence hotspots. This bill will give local governments the power to set curfews around 12:00 am - 4:00 am. |
