| An Act to allow the wide entry of private enterprises in the power generation industry. The conditions for privately owned power stations shall drafted by the relevant Ministry, and enacted by a sub-act of the Senate. Such conditions shall be based on the principle that the State must guarantee electrical supply, and thus it shall have the power to, within the limits of non-discrimination, establish the production of each power station, public or private. |
