| Parliament hereby enacts the Brenner Virus Temporary Capitol Relocation Act of 2588. The Alorian government, its representatives and related staffs -- including the executive branch and cabinet and parliament -- shall be moved to Northern Ultran Province. This will ensure government function is not adversely impacted by the on-going spread of thee Brenner Virus. Ultran has been chosen as it is the farthest from Krentori Province where the outbreak reportedly began. This move shall also be temporary and shall last no more than three (3) years or until such time as the virus and outbreak have been contained and minimized or eliminated. The relocation will begin more more than thirty (30) days from the passage of this Act. |
