| I know this is difficult for you guys, however this law does not in anyway undermine the secularity of our governments but acknowleges that some people in the public are not secular, and that they do have the freedom of speech, this is a democracy. To fully realise the freedom of expression in this state, this law needs to be passed. |

Old value:: Religions are not permitted to promote themselves or advertise in any manner whatsoever.
Current: Religions are required to obtain government approval before promoting themselves or advertising in any manner.
Proposed: Religious organizations are not permitted to actively promote themselves or advertise, however evangelism is permitted by individuals.
