In order to guarantee that vital projects that are required for both local and national benefit are capable of being constructed in those areas where said works are deemed to be of local or national importance, the Government will introduce a scheme of compulsory purchase orders. The cost of purchase, and any further compensation to the claiment(s) involved, will be determined by a neutral body appointed by the Courts. The Government will be required to pay, or provide, in full, the amount directed by said neutral body to any claiment(s) effected by aforementioned orders. Works deemed vital include (but are not limited to): Hospitals; Schools; Water and power supplies. Before any compulsory orders are accepted and introduced by Government all free lands must be surveyed and checked for compatibility for aforementioned projects, and full planning applications provided and any concerns answered to the best of the ability of those planning required projects. |
