| Resolved, by the Imperial Senate of the Selucian Empire, that all recreational drugs be banned, except for: 1) Cannabis for persons over eighteen (18) years of age. 2) Tobacco for persons over eighteen (18) years of age. 3) Alcoholic beverages, a) purchase for persons over eighteen (18) years of age. b) consumption of liquor and spirits for persons over eighteen (18) years of age. c) i) consumption of beer and wine shall be permitted for persons over eighteen (18) years of age without restriction. ii) consumption of beer and wine shall be permitted for minor persons under the age of eighteen (18) if, a) a parent or guardian is present and permission is expressly granted for the minor to consume beer and/or wine products. 4) Nothing in this law shall be construed as permitting, condoning or excusing operating a motor vehicle or heavy machinery while intoxicated nor shall any provision in this act be construed as to repealing or contradicting any previous statute on intoxication and/or drunk driving, as applicable. |
