| Resolved, by the Senate of the Republic of Selucia, that surgical abortions in the first trimester shall be legalised and accessible on demand. Resolved, that the abortifacent drug 'RU-486' shall be available for women with a physician's prescription. Resolved, that emergency contraception (AKA 'the morning after pill') shall be available at pharmacies throughout the Republic of Selucia. The Provinces may require a prescription as a condition of availability. Unless a Provincial government requires a prescription, none shall be required. |
