| Resolved, that the Senate of the Republic of Selucia shall establish an Affirmative Action Programme to expand employment opportunities for women and racial minorities. Resolved, a minumum of one-third of all executives in companies of fifty of more employees shall be women within three (3) years of passage of this Act. Resolved, a minimum of ten percent (10%) of all executives in companies of fifty of more employees shall be racial and ethnic minorities within three (3) years of passage of this Act. |
