Bill: Industrial Pollution Reform Act of 2596
Details
Submitted by[?]: Populist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2597
Description[?]:
In late 2594, the Federal Republican Party introduced a piece of legislation that would not only be helpful to our environment, but that would save Zardugal from looking hypocritical by saying one thing and doing another. Today, I reintroduce this piece of legislation, urging my fellow legislators to please vote in support of this measure. As was pointed out nearly two years ago, Zardugal is currently behaving in a somewhat hypocritical manner. Our quarantine on Deltaria came out of necessity at a truly pivotal time, and now that those matters have become somewhat stabilized it is absolutely vital that we CLEAN UP OUR OWN ACT. I strongly urge all of my fellow legislators to join with the Federal Republican Party and the Populist Party in supporting this very important legislation. The environment is among our most precious resources and it is up to Zardugal to set an example for the other countries of the world. Respectfully, Tim Collins Director of Environment & Tourism |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically |
