Resolved, by the Senate of the Republic of Selucia, that a National Health Service shall be instituted and all citizens shall have access to health care services, free at point of use.

Resolved, that the National Health Service shall dispence prescription drugs, free of charge, to all citizens of the Republic of Selucia.

All citizens must pay taxes for the National Health Service. Private health clinics shall be allowed to exist. However, usage of private health facilities shall in no way whatsover reduce tax rates on any person seeking same.
