| »It must be done.« ~Natasha Goldstein (Keymon Capitalist Action) BE IT ENACTED by majority vote of the Keymon Assembly, let it be resolved that all property protection agencies, police firms, and courts in the nation of Keymon shall hereby cease obedience to the laws of the Grand Duchy of Keymon, but rather, only enforce absolute private property rights to all legitimately obtained property. These property protection agencies, police firms, and courts, to be known collectively as the "police forces," shall enforce these property rights, but also be subject to all accountability and liability themselves, and the firms shall all police each other, root out corruption, and bring any rights violators to justice. In all cases where possible, restitution shall be the ultimate goal of justice. However, in the cases of murder, rape, and other heinous crimes where restitution is impossible to grant, just retribution for the crime committed shall be granted. Because retribution is a subjective administration, decisions of the retribution to be administrated shall ultimately be up to the victims of such crimes, to the extent that retribution does not exceed double the crime committed. In the event of murder or any crime that leads a victim to be paralyzed, in a coma, or terminally unconscious otherwise, if the victim had/has a last will and testament, the retribution described in the will shall be administrated up to double the capacity of the crime committed, otherwise, execution of the murderer shall be administrated by default without any will of the victim. All people are hereby private property belonging solely to themselves. However, this property is inalienable, even at their own discretion, as the mind always owns the body and the mind can never be subverted to someone else as property. Slavery is therefore impossible, and if someone sells him or herself as a "slave," this shall be an aggression of deceit and fraud against the buyer, as slavery is impossible, and whatever was paid in purchase of the slave shall be returned, and whoever sold the "slave" may be charged by the buyer for fraud. However, each person owning one's self hereby grants the full ability to do with one's self as one wishes, so long as this does not damage the property of another. The initiation of any form of aggression against another person's property, whether it be in the form of damage, destruction, theft, fraud, etc., shall be a violation of the non-aggression axiom, and thereby a violation of the property rights of the victim, and shall thereby be prosecuted by the police forces of Keymon. Collection of luxury taxation shall no longer be compulsory, but, anyone that refuses to pay the luxury tax shall remain unprotected by the military in any case of invasion. The military defensive force of Keymon shall no longer be an unjust coercive monopoly, but other, private, foreign aggression defense agencies shall be free to compete with the military defensive force of Keymon. The Grand Duchy of Keymon shall then hereby cease to be a sovereign state, but rather, a private, foreign aggression defense agency, maintained by a voluntarily collected luxury tax of 20 percent, and integrated with the forces of the Axis Alliance of Terra. Should the Axis Alliance of Terra, or any other organization for that matter, violate the absolute rights to private property of anyone in Keymon, it shall be held fully accountable for its actions, and shall be forced to take full responsibility. Should any foreign organization aggress against Keymon, all foreign aggression defense agencies shall fight to preserve the profitable and beautiful anarcho-capitalist country of Keymon. This shall take effect fully immediately after its passage. |
