This act aims to give a voluntary education plan for prisoners during their stay in prison in order to help improve their rehabilitation. The plan would include basic vocational lessons, substance abuse lessons, and basic education lessons for the illiterate. Through this, we can help transform them from being a menace to society to being productive members of society. |
