Bill: NPD XXXI - Protection of History and Culture Act of February 2604

Details

Submitted by[?]: Militärregierung - Alte Kämpfergruppe

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2604

Description[?]:

While the NPD normally follows a strict police of devolution and localism, we find the protection of national treasures of historical and/or cultural value a national concern.

Upon passage of this Act all sites, trademarks, buildings or other feature(s) as defined by future law of a historical and/or cultural nature are hereby protected and placed under the control of the "Volkskultur und Geschichte Bund" (Folk Culture and History Federation).

The "Bund" is hereby placed under the direct authority, management, and funding of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs in tandem with the Ministry of Education and Culture.
