| Resolved, that the government of the Grand Duchy of Keymon shall provide monies to local governments for the purpose of establishing recycling facilities in order to maintain Keymon's cherished ecological heritage. Resolved, that noting in this Act shall be construed as mandating recycling nor shall any penalties be imposed on any person or entity that opts not to recycle. |
