| The Government must loosen restrictions on smoking. Our party disscourages the smoking of cigarettes, of course, but we believe in a society where the liberty of the subjects of our Grand Duke is glorified. We believe in the employers choice to descide the smoking standards of their own companies. It is far to restrictive to not allow an employer to choose whether their employees can smoke. We believe only a Communist society would have the status-quo. |

Old value:: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.
Current: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section.
