Resolved, that in the Grand Duchy of Keymon, alcoholic beverages may be sold by licenced establishments only and may not be sold to any person under the age of eighteen (18) years. Resolved, that under this Act, "licenced establishments" shall refer to public houses ("pubs"), bars, breweries and restaurants with alcohol-serving privileges. |
