| BE IT ENACTED by two-thirds vote in favor by the Council of Three of the Baltusian Corporate-State of Porn and Destruction, let it be resolved that, IN ALBILAND: 1) There be a new municipality, named "Gotham City." 2) There be a new municipality, named "Kabushikaton." IN ATHOSIA: 3) There be a new municipality, named "Room 101." THIS SHALL TAKE EFFECT immediately after its passage by the Council of Three. |
