Bill: Income tax proposal of December 2642
Details
Submitted by[?]: Liberal Conservatives
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2644
Description[?]:
We currently have a fairly large surplus, I propose we spend it by relieving the burden of taxation on the lowest income earners by removing the lowest bracket of taxation, additionally the amount of revenue generated by corporation tax is very low indeed and can also be removed by our surplus. This will help business thrive, creating jobs across the entire country. I stress once again that because this is from our surplus there will be no need for a reduction in spending on our vital public services. |
