| This bill if passed will, provide universal healthcare to ALL people who live in the country. There is an option however to use private clinics although, they will be regulated. |

Current: Health care is private, but the government subsidises the cost of it for all citizens.
Proposed: There is a free public health care system and a small number of private clinics, which are heavily regulated to ensure they treat their patients well and provide good care.
