arcticle 1. the freedom of the press will be supended and put under control of of the goverment for 50 days or longer if approved by the legislator

article 2. the freedom of assembley and speech are revoked until 50 days has expired

article 3. the right to a fair trail is suspended and the search warrents and seizure worrents are not needed to search houses and seize property ass perscribed by law

article 4. the freedom of religion will not be tamperd with

article 5. this bill overall will suspend civil rights for 50 days with the consent of the legislator

article 6. this bill corresponds with the emergencey powers act and this law will go into effect along with it unless said otherwise.

article 7. the military will take control of the police if this law is inacted in times of emergencey or civil war

article 8. the legislator can vote out the president if he abuses these powers by a 50 percent vote and the vice president will assume the office of president
