Why would we pay to purchase weapons and then tell the military leadership they cannot use them when they believe it is appropriate? I expect the answer would be that we don\'t trust them to make the right decision--but if that is true why are they in that position to start with? Are we so inept that we can\'t choose the proper leadership for our own military? |
