| The Krestansk� Roajalistas propose to adjust the government\'s spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Dynastick� Oligarchia Delt�rsko. Upon passage of this budget the following shall also be passed: The Deltarian-Jelbanian Empire shall hereby defend, with lethal force, Namviet colonies established by Jelbania in 2591. The Deltarian-Jelbanian Empire shall hereby govern Namviet colonies together requiring both legislatures to approve of all proposals concerning the governorning of the colonies. The Deltarian-Jelbanian Empire shall hereby expell or terminate all foreign military instalations, troops, administrators, or government officials not authorized by the Deltarian-Jelbanian Empire\'s government in the Namviet colonies. The Deltarian-Jelbanian Empire shall hereby defend, with lethal force, the highway system that links Namviet colonies to Malivia\'s colony in Vascania. The Deltarian-Jelbanian Empire shall hereby send 500,000 troops from each nation, for a total of 1 million, to Namviet to invade and occupy Namviet colonies. The Deltarian-Jelbanian Empire shall herby grant administrative powers not requiring legislative approval to the Monarchs of the Deltarian-Jelbanian Empire onto the Namviet colonies. Adminstrative functions may, upon permission of the Monarch(s), be placed in the hands of Deltarian-Jelbanian military generals and commanders and/or Dukes and Earls. |
