| The Deltarian Diet hereby declares, as fact, the retroactive marriage of Matyas Cvetkov I and Kamrena I. The marriage shall have taken place in the year of 2647. It was at this time, that the Jelbanian Monarchy briefly fell to Republican forces. Kamrena sought and was granted refuge in Deltaria and soon thereafter married Matyas Cvetkov. The Deltarian Diet hereby declares, as fact, the retroactive birth of Matyas Cvetkov II\'s first born son, Matyas Cvetkov II, in the year 2649. The Deltarian Diet hereby declares Matyas Cvetkov II the equivalent of Crown Prince and heir to the throne of the Deltarian-Jelbanian Empire. This resolution shall require passage in the Deltarian and Jelbanian Legislature. |
