Article 1: the Government of Keymon cannot subsidise the entire population when healthcare is private. Healthcare Insurance Companies can desivse suitable payment schemes for pharmaceuticals. The government will provide a subsidy for poorer families. Article 2: There is no reason why people should not be able to own exotic animals, the trade and breeding of them however maybe something the appropriate authorities should investigate. |
