Part 1: It is our party's belief that firearm ownership should be allowed for any competent adult citizen of our nation. This will ensure our nation's independence and freedom, reduce crime rates by giving private, responsible citizens a chance to fight back against criminals who illegally obtain weapons and bolster our economy. Part 2: Types of weapons permitted to be owned private citizens are as follows: A. (Firearms) - Including handguns, rifles, shotguns, antique or collector class Firing Mechanisms: semi - automatic, single shot, breech loading, muzzle loading, chamber loading B. (Knives) - Including exotic, antique and collectable varieties C. (Swords) - Including exotic, antique, collectable and miscellaneous bladed instruments D. (Blunt Instruments) - Including retractable and fixed batons, clubs, antique, exotic or collectable instruments E. (Non Lethal Instruments) Including tazers, stun guns and guns firing non lethal ammunition Weapons not permitted to be owned by private citizens: A. (Firearms) - Automatic, Large Magazine (30 bullets or more), Sawn off Shotguns, Guns Modified to shoot in automatic fire, Guns firing explosives (Includes but not limited to Grenade Launchers), "Saturday Night Specials", Guns Firing Armor Piercing Bullets B. (Explosives Designated to be used as Weapons/Military Grade Explosives) - Includes but not limited to Grenades, Bombs, C4, Napalm, Long Range Missiles C. (Weapons of Mass Destruction) - Includes but is not limited to Nuclear Weapons, Bio Weapons It is up to the discretion of the property owner if weapons are allowed on their property. |
