| Resolved, that the purchase, usage, handling, manufacturing and storage of cannabis, tobacco and alcohol shall be restricted to persons eighteen (18) years of age and over. Resolved, that all other narcotics or intoxicants shall be illegal with a maximum penalty of ten (10) years imprisonment for the handing, manufacturing and/or storage and a maximum penalty of one (1) year imprisonment for the purchase or usage of said narcotic/intoxicant. |
