| The Evangelium Vitae party asks for the parties to contemplate on the bill of providing contraception for free in public places. The use of contraceptives remove the function of sexual intercourse from the pleasure attached to it. The Evangelium Vitae party realizes that this view may not be shared with all, and thus proposes a compromise that the government cease to provide free contraception. |
