Resolved, that all video games shall be reviewed by the Ministry of Education and Culture for content and given a rating. Resolved, that all video games must display the rating given by the Ministry of Education and Culture on the box so that parents may discern what game(s) to expose their children to. Resolved, that nothing in this Act shall be construed as granting the Ministry of Education and Culture to outlaw or otherwise restrict the sale of video games other than requiring purchasers eighteen (18) years of age or younger to have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. |
