Pontesi is attempting to send a further 20,000 troops to their illegal settlements on Beiteynuese land. Whilst Crusading Imperialist dogs may make a military response out of the question for now, we see no reason not to engage in another range of tit for tat measures to make Pontesian troops movements frustratingly difficult while pointlessly raising the regional instability.

Article 1: All border crossings with Pontesi are to be closed. To enforce this, Beiteynu shall engage in the construction an extensive two mile wide minefield along the Pontesian border. This highly dangerous work shall be offered as a voluntary alternative for Pntek males not wishing to serve their compulsary military service, and the remainder of the workforce be found by making the work mandatory for any unemployed males in Tadraki.

Article 2: The "vital supplies" allowed into the protectorates stipulated in this bill:

Have long been abused by greedy Pntek who lack self control. Until they have learned to control themselves, no goods shall be allowed to enter or leave the cities.

Article 3: No persons shall be allowed to enter the protectorates without personal permission form the Minister of Defence, the Nesi Hadima and the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Any person wisihng to leave the protectorates will be allowed to do so, provided they agree to revoke any foreign citizenship, and spend the next 28 days in a detention facility.

Article 4: Article 3 of this bill:

Shall now be modified to make the shooting down of air traffic refusing to comply mandatory, with the Beiteynuese Amred forces being required to dock pay or demote anyone deemed responsible for letting air traffic into or out of the protectorates.

Article 5: The Nesi Hadima shall suspend these measures when Pontesi has reduced its troop numbers in each protectorate to 10,000, and when he deems Pontesi is fully cooperating in negotiations to end its presence on Beiteynuese land.

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law.
