| We propose the this be amended to the Dranland constitution upon two thirds voting in favour: "An armed people, being the most important protection from tyranny, invasion, or any other threat to liberty, the right of the people to keep and bear any form of arms they so desire, shall not be infringed" The three laws concerning the right to keep and bear arms, and carrying those arms, must be locked with a treaty if this passes. |
