Bill: Education Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Centrist Party of Hobrazia
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2694
Description[?]:
Some families and young people are not in a position financially to afford higher education. If the government sets up some free Higher Educational establishments then young Hobrazians can reach their full potential without the barrier of money. To ensure all pupils, public or private, attain reasonable, similar and easily contrastable qualifications, private schools should be regulated to meet the same standards as public schools. The government should run pre-school education so there is a blanket level for all children allowing them to socialise with children of all backgrounds and socio-economic brackets. Children, however badly behaved, should be free from any threat of physical punishment in the school. |

Random fact: Moderation will not approve a Cultural Protocol request within the first 48 hours of it being requested. This is in order to give other players a chance to query the proposed changes, if they wish to do so. Moderation may be approached for advice on a proposed change, but any advice proffered should always be understood under the provisio that no final decision will be made until at least 48 hours after the request has been formally submitted for approval. |
