| Resolved, that the government of the Citizen Kafuristan hereby established the Central Bank of Kafuristan under the aegis of the Ministry of Finance. Resolved, that the Central Bank of Kafuristan shall be headed by a director appointed by the Minister of Finance. Resolved, that the Central Bank of Kafuristan shall be responsible for coining and printing money, establishing interest rates, setting the official value of the Kafuristan and establishing and maintaining a deposit insurance programme to insure all deposits up to 100,000 Kafuristan. |
