| All counties shall enforce a land value tax on their citizens. The tax rate shall initially be 10 % and be gradually raised to around 90 % until the end of year 2705. This will make it very costly to destroy the environment or to speculate with land. We also hope that the land value tax will make it possible to lower the other taxes to an extremely low level or eliminate them entirely. |
