| NOTE: NOT TO BE PUT FOR VOTE, FOR VIEWING/DEbATE ONLY. This Bill has been accepted already. The Royal Imperium is underlining the Keymon Judicial system. 'Lowest' Judicial System: The 'lowest' form of justice will be the 'Domestic Court'. Powers/purposes of the Domestic Court: the Domestic Court is responsible for granting divorces, financial tribunals and family/local feuds. There are currently only 90 Domestic Courts within the Grand Duchy of Keymon. 'Middle' Judicial System: The 'middle' form of justice is the 'Ducal Court'. Powers/purposes of the Ducal Courst: the Ducal Court is split into two sections; the Civil Justicia and the Royal Justicia. The Civil Justicia is responsible for 'civil offences', those of lesser importance. For example; shop-lifting or minor theivery. The Civil Justicia is made up of three to four Ducal Judges. The Royal Justicia is responsible for 'criminal offences', those more serious. For example; bodily harm against another person/persons. The Royal Justicia is made up of one Ducal Judge and a Ducal Jury of four imparcial citizens. There are currently 50 Civil Justici and 47 Royal Justici in the nation; thus there are 97 Ducal Courts within the Grand Duchy of Keymon. The 'Highest' Judicial System: The 'highest' form of justice in Keymon is the 'Majesterium'. Powers/purpose of the Majesterium: the Majesterium is the considered by constitutional professionals to around the third most powerful institution in the Grand Duchy. It is the highest court of appeal in the nation and deals with serious nation-wide hearings. The Majesterium, if petitioned/lobbied by the people, can veto Government legislation. The Majesterium can also over-turn the Grand Duke and Her Excellency's rare decision of veto. The Majesterium is made up of one Assembly/Ducally appointed Magistrate and an imparcial Jury of 7 citizens. There are currently 3 Majesteriums within the Grand Duchy of Keymon.
