| Resolved, that the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport of the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika shall provide housing assistance to all persons and families that earn three times, or less, of the poverty level. Resolved, that housing assistance is to be applied on a sliding scale with the poorest persons receiving the greatest assistance and those that earn the most, while still remaining eligible for assistance, receiving a lesser amount. |
