| Resolved, that all waste disposal in the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika is to be handled by the national government. Resolved, that the Ministry of Environment and Tourism shall be responsible for establishing waste disposal policies and enforcing said policies. Resolved, that all currently operating waste disposal operations are to be nationalised and the owner(s) are to be compensated at a fair value as determined by the Ministry of Finance. In addition, no new private waste disposal operations may be established within the borders of the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika. |
