| Resolved, that the public display of sexual actions, whether explicit or implicit, shall be forbidden in the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika. Resolved, that the penalty for the public display of sexually explicit actions shall be punishable by a term of imprisonment not exceeding one (1) year and/or a fine not exceeding ten thousand (10,000) rabol, per offence. Resolved, that the penalty for public display of sexually implicit actions shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding five thousand (5,000) rabol, per offence. |
