Resolved, that the Armed Forces of the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika may use land mines during times of warfare, provided they are used to halt or retard enemy troop and materiel movements and are not used to target civilians.

Resolved, that following the conclusion of warfare and the signing and ratification of a treaty of peace, the Armed Forces of the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika shall inform the government(s) of the nations where landmines were placed so said landmines may be removed so as to ensure the post-war safety of civilians.
