Bill: A Plea for Peace

Details

Submitted by[?]: Federal Republican Party (ZC)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2713

Description[?]:

The Republic of Zardugal has no further needs to continue the war against the Republic of Cobura. Elements within the Republic to our east have given rise to an occasion for our two nations to sit down with one another and work to establish the strong ties we once had. With the new leadership in Cobura, this government sees a real chance for a lasting peace with a people that will make our union stronger.

The war has been going on for long enough. Our aims to establish a stable situation to our East have been solved by the apparent opinion of the majority of Coburans. It's with these things in mind that I ask the National Directorate to vote in favor of this measure. If this passes, the Ministry of Defense is ordered to at once stop all hostile acts against our neighbors and hold their ground.

With the passage of this, an immediate cease-fire shall be declared and at which point the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall continue out our nations desires with a delegation from Cobura. I would ask that all parties join the F.R.P. in voting in favor of this measure to help re-establish a peaceful era for not only our nation but, Cobura as well.

Lord Protector of Zardugal,
Sir Rossman
