Resolved, that the use of torture shall be prohibited within the boundaries of Kafuristan except when necessary to provide time sensitive information necessary to protect lives in danger and/or to prevent imminent terrorist action. Resolved, that all acts of torture (except when necessary to provide time sensitive information necessary to protect lives in danger and/or to prevent imminent terrorist action) shall be punishable by a term of imprisonment of not less than ten (10) years, per offence committed. |
