Bill: Eminent Domain Reform

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hulstrian People's Alliance

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 2727

Description[?]:

The BHV cannot see the point in allowing the individual affected to determine the compensation for loss of property under the Eminent Domain legislation. Surely it is a simpler process to have it determined by the government, with the option of legal redress for those feeling particularly wronged.
