Resolved, that all persons born in the Oil Emirate of Kafuristan and all persons born abroad who had one, or both, parent(s) with Kafuri citizenship at the time of their birth shall be granted automatic citizenship. Resolved, that immigration shall be permitted into the Oil Emirate of Kafuristan based on qualifications to be determined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Resolved, that all persons who have legally immigrated to the Oil Emirate of Kafuristan may apply for naturalisation after a minimum period of five (5) years of continuous residency. Resolved, that the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall be responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing naturalisation procedures. |
