Amending Article 1 to the following; Article 1) Royal Vizier of the Reine de Kanjor. Section 1: The Royal Vizier of the Reine de Kanjor is the elected Head of State and the automatic Head of the Government and he represents the Etats Generaux to the Monarchy. He has the following powers and responsibilities; Sub Section 1- The Royal Vizier of the Reine de Kanjor will oversee and implement Cabinet proposals. Sub Section 2- The Royal Vizier of the Reine de Kanjor leads the Cabinet, he may remove and appoint new members at his discretion. Sub Section 3- The Royal Vizier of the Reine de Kanjor has executive power to enact any Decree, that does not subvert the power of the Etats Generaux. Sub Section 4- The Royal Vizier of the Reine de Kanjor may create new Ministries and Cabinet members (They will not be added to game mechanics but can be used for RP purposes) Sub Section 5- The Royal Vizier of the Reine de Kanjor speaks with the voice and authority of the Monarchy and may call a State of Emergancy at any time, in which he will have ultimate control of the military, all emergancy services and public bodies. |
